1)New solution for the “2024 problem” in Japan: Due to shortened working hours for truck drivers and a shortage of road transportation capacity, Wingspan vehicles need to be converted to wing containers to adapt to the switching of multiple transportation modes.
2)As an alternative product for traditional wingspan vehicles, wing containers can be combined with trailers for logistics transportation, or separated from the vehicle body for storage or multimodal transportation.

Design Features:
● Can be lifted from the top when the container is heavily loaded;
● The large wingspan size and opening and closing angle can meet the needs of more models of forklifts for loading and unloading operations;
● With an integrated hydraulic station, all cylinders and pipes are installed outside the container body so that no oil leakage or pollution to the cargo.
● The hydraulic station has a manual pump, which can also open the wings in case of damage to the hydraulic motor;
● The hydraulic cylinder is equipped with an explosion-proof valve, which can work at a uniform speed, even when the hydraulic pipeline is damaged.
● The unique wing lock system can effectively cope with the impact of goods on the wingspan during transportation.
