Product Description

Down to -65°C in 40ft special insulated containers and down to -75°C in 10ft and 20ft special insulated containers.

Super Freezer Container Composition

The Super Freezer Container is composed of a top plate, a side plate, a bottom plate, a door, and a refrigeration unit.

• The cooling capacity of the ultra-low temperature refrigeration unit can reach -60℃, and it is located in front of the cabinet.
• The four walls of the container are all made of aluminum plates.
• The insulation layer of the box is made of ultra-low temperature foaming material.
• Corrugated ribs and inner columns are arranged on the inner side plate and inner top plate of the box body, and several hat-shaped side columns are arranged on the outer side plate.
• The rear end of the box is a stepped structure, and the end face is sealed with rubber strips.
• The door is equipped with a multi-lip outer strip and a double-lip inner strip.
• There is a hat-shaped top beam in the thermal insulation layer of the top plate.
