Contacting and Inquiry

For the standard experienced products, we will further reply with our quotation and product details for your confirmation shortly.
For customized product, we will discuss with you for the detailed requirement, and advise the suitable solution based on our expertise, and further quote after mutual agreement on the product specification.

Preparing during contract confirmation

Once both sides basically agree on price term and product details after discussion, contract procedure will be started, to further confirm payment term, lead time, delivery terms and etc.
The detailed technical engineering and material preparing will be implied after contract and prepayment confirmation.

Order execution

The order execution course including technical certification, material sourcing, production and QC inspection and transportation will be started in the following stage.
We have professional QC team to trace each production course and ensure the product quality from parts fabrication to final completion. We will provide the quality qualified document before delivery.
The third party inspection and certificates company could also be employed for the order execution auditing as both agreement, we also welcome client to send representative to visit our company for the course and final inspection before product delivery

Lead Time

We have various ISO and economical products, as well as the complex highly customized ones, the lead time is in range of 20 to 90 days, we will further discuss with you to confirm before contract signature.

Delivery and Transportation

The sea transportation will be arrangement after order execution according to both contract agreement.
We locate besides local Yangzhou port, the products could be transported through local port to Shanghai port, then to final destination port all over the world.
If batch order, we can also deliver from the local port directly to destination port.
Besides the sea transportation, road, railway even aircraft delivery is also available for part of the product and countries, we have professional logistic team to take charge for the service.

Warranty and after sales service

Standard product: 1 year for structure, 3 years for painting.
The customized product warranty will be discussed by both parties.
We will provide spares available for a long term product maintenance.
